How to rest a sore arm from pitching? - sore arm

In planning to start tomorrow. played a strong team and my arm is sore. I threw about 25 pitxhes yesterday. Thursday 30 and 23 on Wednesday. so thats about 70 places for a child 13 years in 4 days. ND is my arm still hurts. Is there anything I can do to fully authorized to tomorrow? that the formation of ice or somthing?

The trick is to know what is pain?

What is your bullpen like? Indulge yourself in the intensity of the game? How many scored?

Make all exercises? Do you have any delay, hesitation, or stopping in its delivery?

I'm in the same situation as you. I am the pitcher for my school team (the only one) and I must say that I am good enough.
my arm is not always painful, but the coach said that even if the ice at night, so (keep in mind that) for the future. After the pitcher, apply immediately ice. and between the games, keep your hands warm. keep a jacket with you or just something to keep warm mucsles. who say they want the ice every 20 minutes of heat, but usually do not put heat in it. other than that, you get your muscles used to just throw a lot. mine more harm to the start of the season, but as I am now used to quickly 7 innings to start his own.

RICE (rest, ice, compression and elevation) .. get a bowl of ice and water and put stuffed in ur arms. I say that after lifting the armrest and more ..

Ice, heat, or a combination of both IcyHot. One is forced to work.

Get a container and fill it with ice and water ... ur scope in it ... Ice, then the rest of ur arm and shoulder ....
